We may use cookies and similar technologies to help operate our website, understand how it is being used, improve its performance and measure our marketing.

Some of this information may be collected using third-party analytics, advertising or website technology providers.

You can generally control or disable cookies through your browser settings, although doing so may affect some website functionality.

13. Finance calculators and online tools

Asset Finance Avenue may provide calculators, comparison tools, qualification tools or other online resources.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and meet our legal, regulatory, contractual and record-keeping obligations.

The period for which information is retained may vary depending on the type of information and the circumstances in which it was collected.

When information is no longer required to be retained, we will take reasonable steps to securely destroy or de-identify it where appropriate.

business team meeting with finance broker

Why use a finance broker?

A finance broker helps clients across Australia compare multiple lenders to find the most suitable loan options. Instead of dealing with a single bank, a broker gives you access to a wide network of lenders, helping you secure competitive rates, flexible terms, and finance solutions tailored to your needs.

They also guide you through the application process, making it simpler, faster, and more efficient from start to finish.

A finance broker works with you to help secure a loan, whether it’s for your dream car, boat caravan business equipment. They save you time and effort by comparing different options for you.

For those new to the process, a finance broker provides guidance and advocacy, ensuring you understand every step. Their expertise can help you find a loan with the best terms and competitive interest rates.

When you visit a bank, the loan officer you meet is focused on the bank’s products. In contrast, a finance broker, often working for a financial services firm, is dedicated to finding the best solution for your specific needs.

Many people prefer using a finance broker because they present various loan options, simplifying the process and often securing better deals than one might find alone.
