Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
This offer is open to all clients who successfully settle a loan through Asset Finance Avenue, aged 18 years or over. By participating in this referral program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Campaign Period:
The refer-a-friend campaign will commence on November 12, 2024, and conclude on December 22, 2024. Only loans that settle within this period will qualify for the $300 gift voucher.
How to Participate:
To participate in the referral program, clients must submit a referral through Asset Finance Avenue via this page or as directed by our team. Referrals must be verified by Asset Finance Avenue to be considered valid. Upon successful settlement of eligible loans (minimum loan amount of $20,000) within the campaign period, the referring client will receive a $300 gift voucher. Each referral resulting in a settled loan will earn the referrer an additional $300 gift voucher, provided the settlement occurs within the specified campaign period.
Gift Voucher Terms:
Gift vouchers are non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Vouchers are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any gift voucher with another of equivalent value without notice.
Notification and Claiming of Gift Vouchers:
The referrer will be notified by email within 3 days of the successful settlement date. If the participant cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, Asset Finance Avenue reserves the right to withdraw the gift.
General Terms:
Asset Finance Avenue reserves the right to cancel or amend the refer-a-friend campaign and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control, such as a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation. Any changes to the campaign will be notified to participants as soon as possible by Asset Finance Avenue.
By participating in this referral program, participants agree to the use of their names and submission details for promotional and marketing purposes without any further reference, payment, or other compensation.
Legal Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australian States. Any disputes arising from this program will be subject to the Asset Finance Avenue General Manager.
